They only send you the channel you are watching, or an extra one if you have a DVR.

TW no longer broadcasts you every channel. We have a partnership with Time Warner, and my rep explained to me why they are having these problems. Mystro is a switched video platform, and the effect the platform has on channel change quickness, and "Please Wait" is ridiculous.
